Our Roots in the Advancement of Women to Positions of Leadership

We are a 100% woman owned business. Our CEO, Betsy Berkhemer-Credaire, since founding our parent company almost 30 years ago, is also the national CEO of 50/50 Women on Boards, as well as a published author on the subject of advancing women to corporate boards of directors. A frequent speaker at Fortune 100 companies on the subject of placing women on corporate boards, Betsy is also past president of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and was a founding chair of the Southern California chapter of Women Corporate Directors (WCD), a global nonprofit network of current women corporate board directors. She is also a member of International Women’s Forum.

Most notably, Betsy was instrumental in the enactment into law in California of SB826, the first law in the U.S. requiring public companies headquartered in California to add more women board members. See her nationally televised interview on CNBC, with Sarah Eisen, here:
